A Myth About EBay Codes

In this hub I want to tell dispell a few myths about eBay codes.  However I thought for those who arent familiar with the codes I would give you a quick rundown.

Simply put eBay codes are codes found on the internet that you can use to save money on your eBay purchases.  Its as simple as getting the code, putting the code in at checkout and collecting your savings.

I know this is a suoer condensed version but in all honesty there really isnt a lot more to it.

Now we will get on to the myths about eBay codes.

I have been asked over and over.  "Jenny are the eBay codes that you pay for better then the free ones?"

I am going to put this quite simply.  Do not ever pay for eBay codes.  The codes on my site are the exact same codes people are charging for.  People are just scamming you out of your money.

EBay codes are always free.  I know they offer a guarantee but Im telling you right now if for some reason the codes dont work and you try and get your money back you will be out of luck.  The scammers who sold you the codes will be long gone.

Why would you want to pay for codes that you are getting for free.  DO NOT pay for eBay codes.

Well in some ways this isnt a myth.  In fact the people who put the codes out there make them difficult to find.  If you cant find the eBay codes then they save that money.

However this is where the myth ends.  Sites like mine and a few others take the time to find the codes for you.  We then put them on the site for you to take.  Also like in the case of my site if you join the mailing list then a few times a month you will get an email with all the new codes.

See you dont have to look for them anywhere.  We will send them to you as we get them.  Hows that for service.

You will get the odd person saying that eBay codes never work.  Well this is as far from the truth as possible.  I have been using the codes for just over 2 years now and for the most part they work very nicely.

I will tell you that they dont always work.  In fact in 10 to 15% of the time the code wont work.  That is totally out of our control.  If the code doesnt work it is likely because it has been used to its maximum.

The best advice I can give to make sure you have eBay codes that work are to use the codes as soon as you get them.  That way you stand your best chance.  But to say they dont work, well tell that to my bank account last Christmas when I saved over $400 dollars using eBay codes.
